About the role

DataCamp is seeking a Director of Partnerships and Technology Alliances to build and scale our curriculum partnerships function. This player-coach role involves defining partnership strategy, closing deals with content providers and technology vendors, and building a team to support the growth of our learning platform. You will work cross-functionally to ensure partnerships translate into high-quality, impactful content for our global community of learners.

Responsibilities

  • Own DataCamp's partnership strategy for curriculum, including content providers, technology vendors, and marquee experts.
  • Source, negotiate, and close partnerships, including licensed content, co-branded content, and official vendor certifications.
  • Build and manage senior relationships across the AI, data, and cloud ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with curriculum, product, legal, and marketing teams to launch partnership content.
  • Define quality standards for partners, prioritizing learner impact over volume.
  • Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of partnerships, including revenue share and licensing terms.
  • Hire, coach, and grow a partnerships team while maintaining a personal portfolio of relationships.
  • Report on partnership performance to leadership and manage the strategic lifecycle of partnerships.
