About the role

The Head of Finance & Royalties will lead the accounting and contract management departments, overseeing financial processes, monthly and annual financial statements, and royalty accounting. This role involves strategic support for the management team, driving digital transformation, and managing the professional development of the finance team. The position serves as a central point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and banks.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting processes and ensure timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Serve as the primary contact for auditors, tax advisors, and banks.
• Oversee payment transactions and ensure compliance with tax and legal reporting requirements.
• Lead and optimize royalty accounting, contract management, and licensing processes.
• Provide strategic support to management regarding new business models and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage, develop, and mentor the finance and royalties team.

Qualifications
