Finance Engineer

About the role

The Finance Engineer will play a key role in building and scaling the finance function as the company grows internationally. This role combines FP&A, business partnering, accounting, and finance operations with a focus on building a modern, technology-enabled finance stack. The successful candidate will own financial processes from budgeting to reporting while leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning while acting as a finance business partner.
• Drive financial reporting and analysis by building models, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
• Own and improve operational finance processes including preparatory accounting, invoice workflows, and month-end preparation.
• Build and improve the finance stack by connecting systems, automating recurring processes, and using AI to reduce manual work.
• Support international growth by working with external accounting partners and managing different statutory requirements.
