Senior Controller / FP&A Manager

About the role

As part of the newly established Group FP&A team, you will play a central role in group-wide financial management. You will combine traditional FP&A tasks with business performance management, strategic analysis, and the development of modern finance processes. You will work closely with the holding company, local finance teams, and operational management to drive financial strategy from conception to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget, rolling forecast, and medium-term planning processes.
• Oversee group-wide monthly closing and performance review processes.
• Develop and refine management reporting for executive leadership and shareholders.
• Create and harmonize group-wide KPIs and value driver trees.
• Prepare business cases, scenario analyses, and decision-making documents.
• Advance the data warehouse and reporting systems including LucaNet.
• Identify and implement automation and AI use cases within FP&A.
