About the role

Hubject is seeking a motivated working student to support the finance team while bridging the gap between academic studies and the professional world. The role involves hands-on experience with day-to-day accounting, invoice verification, and assisting with monthly and annual closings. The successful candidate will apply analytical skills to optimize financial processes and support budget planning.

Responsibilities

• Support with invoice verification and preparation
• Assist in monthly and annual closing processes
• Maintain and analyze financial data in our systems
• Support budget planning and forecasting
• Prepare reports and presentations for management
• Contribute to process optimization in finance

Qualifications

• Enrolled student in the final Bachelor semester or Master’s program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or similar
