About the role

In this role, you will lead the production controlling department of a medium-sized manufacturing company while managing a small team. You will act as the central controlling contact for international subsidiaries, ensuring standardized processes and transparent reporting. You will be responsible for analyzing production costs, developing key performance indicators, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production costs and processes, develop key performance indicators, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage cost and performance accounting, calculate manufacturing costs, and perform variance analysis.
• Oversee controlling for international subsidiaries, including result validation and standard alignment.
• Prepare and comment on monthly reports and participate in budget planning and forecasting.
• Support audits and ERP projects while collaborating with production, procurement, sales, and finance departments.
• Lead the team, set priorities, and participate in daily operational tasks.
