About the role
The Supply Chain Lead will act as the architect of the operational procurement function for non-horticultural categories. This role involves building scalable systems, managing stock planning strategies, and leading a team to ensure optimal inventory levels while supporting rapid business growth. You will define operational processes, automate workflows, and collaborate across the business to drive efficiency and availability.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale the non-horticultural stock planning strategy from scratch.
- Lead the team to ensure optimal stock levels across all sites while balancing availability and waste reduction.
- Develop and automate supply chain and inventory tools, including AI workflows.
- Define and lead weekly KPI reviews to shift the function toward proactive inventory and risk management.
- Provide oversight, coaching, and mentorship to a team of stock planners.
- Manage 3PW partner performance against agreed SLAs and build internal supplier performance reporting.
