About the role
The Senior Legal Counsel will provide strategic, commercially focused legal support across Firmus' operations, infrastructure, procurement, and supply chain activities. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role serves as a trusted adviser to business leaders on complex legal and operational matters to help manage risk and execute growth strategies. The successful candidate will support the contracting, delivery, and operation of critical infrastructure underpinning the AI Factory platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction and infrastructure projects
- Handle property transactions, leasing, and development matters
- Oversee supply chain, procurement, and strategic sourcing arrangements
- Negotiate power, energy, and utilities agreements
- Manage insurance, claims, and risk management matters
- Ensure legal risk management and regulatory compliance
- Develop and maintain legal templates, policies, and frameworks
