About the role

The Product Manager for Health Products will be responsible for expanding and optimizing a profitable private label portfolio for our mail-order pharmacy and partner companies. You will analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to develop business cases and manage the product lifecycle from sourcing and quality assurance to market launch and performance analysis. This role involves close collaboration with procurement, marketing, and quality management teams to ensure commercial success and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market, competition, and customer needs to select products and create business cases.
• Support procurement processes including supplier selection, negotiation, and ordering in Europe and Asia.
• Define product requirements, quality standards, packaging, and pricing while coordinating necessary approvals.
• Calculate sales prices and margins, considering all costs including logistics and marketing.
• Plan sales, order quantities, and inventory levels to ensure availability and efficient capital management.
• Develop market launch and marketing strategies in collaboration with e-commerce and content experts.
• Monitor and analyze sales, margins, returns, and customer feedback to optimize product performance.

Qualifications
