About the role

The Senior Operations Project Manager plays a strategic role in the transformation of the company's supply chain. You will lead projects from the initial study and business case development through to full deployment, focusing on logistics network design, process optimization, and warehouse automation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct problem-solving analysis, data collection, and solution design for logistics projects.
• Develop business cases to support decision-making for operational improvements.
• Manage project implementation, including stakeholder management, change management, and budget tracking.
• Perform capacity studies for the logistics network.
• Optimize logistics processes and warehouse implementation plans.
• Research and implement warehouse automation solutions.
