Client Delivery Associate - Energy Markets

About the role

The Client Delivery Associate will join the Delivery team to support complex migration projects and transformation journeys for energy clients. You will partner with internal teams and clients to drive successful outcomes, manage small feature rollouts, and ensure seamless technical delivery. This role involves building strong client relationships, analysing platform issues, and contributing to the ongoing evolution of the Kraken energy management platform.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong understanding of the Kraken platform, tech delivery principles, and client business models.
• Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for Kraken while maintaining clear communication with client counterparts.
• Take ownership of small feature rollouts or system configurations, from requirements gathering to delivery.
• Analyse client issues using data to scope problems and drive effective actions.
• Support the triage of incoming requests and ensure client needs are communicated to the appropriate internal teams.
• Identify potential risks to client outcomes and take proactive steps to address or escalate them.
• Contribute to team rituals and document progress using tools like Slack and Asana.
