Strategist, Agent Development

About the role

As an Agent Strategist, you will own the lifecycle of Sierra's AI agents from initial pilot to production deployment. You will act as a strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, translating business goals into effective AI strategies while partnering with technical teams to build and iterate on agent performance. This role sits at the intersection of product development and customer-facing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end agent development lifecycle including conversation design, tooling, and evaluation.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise executives to define and achieve business success metrics.
• Partner with customer working teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure project timelines are met.
• Surface unmet customer needs to research and platform teams to influence product direction.
