Strategist, Agent Development (Swedish speaking)

About the role

As an Agent Strategist, you will own the lifecycle of Sierra's AI agents from initial scope to production launch. You will act as a strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, translating complex business goals into effective AI solutions while partnering with internal teams to iterate and improve agent performance. This role sits at the intersection of product, technology, and customer-facing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation to launch.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders to shape their AI strategy.
• Partner with customer working teams to run sessions, troubleshoot issues, and keep builds on track.
• Surface unmet customer needs to research and platform teams to influence product development.
