Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

The Senior FP&A Analyst will act as a key architect of the financial narrative for a high-growth SaaS business. This role involves evolving FP&A infrastructure, interrogating financial data to surface actionable insights, and challenging assumptions across the organization. This is a 12-month maternity cover position.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and present dashboards and reports including Monthly Flash, Management Pack, and Board Pack.
• Support the migration of FP&A tools by defining requirements, mapping data flows, and validating systems.
• Implement end-to-end forecasting and budgeting templates and processes.
• Partner with the Data team to validate SaaS KPIs and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support pipeline-to-forecast conversion modeling and commission tracking for Sales.
• Manage and forecast global OPEX in collaboration with department heads and support month-end reviews.

Qualifications
