Founding Recruiter

About the role

RIZM is looking for a Founding Recruiter to help build the company's recruiting team and structure from the ground up. You will act as a growth engine, designing workflows and tools while sourcing top talent to help the company scale its AI-driven energy solutions. This role involves shaping the employer brand and managing the full recruitment funnel to attract engineers and product experts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement recruiting structures, roles, workflows, and tools
• Source and attract engineers, energy experts, and product professionals
• Lead initial candidate conversations and manage the candidate experience
• Automate recruitment sequences, screening, and reporting using AI
• Monitor and optimize the recruitment funnel using data-driven insights
• Develop employer branding initiatives including careers pages, job ads, and university partnerships

Qualifications

• Degree in psychology, business, HR management, social sciences or equivalent
