About the role

Ecovacs Europe Gmbh is seeking a motivated Working Student to support their HR team in Düsseldorf. The role involves assisting with recruitment processes, HR administration, and employee engagement activities in a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team throughout the recruitment process, from job posting to interview coordination
• Create, publish, and maintain job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms
• Review and screen incoming CVs and applications based on defined criteria
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls and coordinate next steps with the HR team
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team including processing invoices
• Support the planning and organization of HR activities, employee events, and workshops
