About the role

The HR Consultant will manage the operational deployment and support of international students within a staffing services context. This role involves coordinating assignments with client companies, handling administrative tasks, and providing comprehensive personal and organizational support to students throughout their stay in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full disposition and support of international students during their employment in Germany.
• Coordinate student assignments and shifts based on client requirements.
• Communicate regularly with client companies to manage changes, absences, and scheduling needs.
• Prepare employment contracts and assignment notifications while verifying necessary documentation.
• Organize student arrivals, including airport pickups and accommodation support.
• Oversee the onboarding process and provide ongoing support for personal and work-related inquiries.
• Maintain personnel records and manage administrative tasks related to student disposition.
