People & Culture (HR) - Werkstudent

About the role

Ayunis is looking for a student to build the People & Culture function from scratch. You will be responsible for establishing HR processes, implementing systems, and shaping the company culture as the team grows. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the founders and C-level leadership in a fast-paced GovTech startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish HR foundations and implement Personio as the central HR system.
• Design and manage onboarding flows, contract administration, and leave management.
• Lead employer branding initiatives to attract talent and tell the company's mission-driven story.
• Document and strengthen the company culture during a period of rapid growth.
• Support hiring managers in structuring recruitment processes and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
