About the role
As an AI Enablement Consultant, you will guide teams in adopting AI tools through hands-on training and workshops. You will identify pain points, evaluate potential use cases for feasibility and impact, and facilitate discovery sprints to integrate AI into business processes. This role involves shaping the enablement function from the ground up and collaborating with stakeholders ranging from technical teams to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training and workshops to help teams explore and build AI applications
- Collect and evaluate use cases based on utility and technical feasibility
- Moderate workshops and conduct interviews with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities
- Communicate with department heads and management to identify follow-up project potential
- Develop and refine enablement methods, materials, and templates
