About the role

GoFasti is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer based in Latin America to join their Talent-as-a-Service platform. The role involves architecting resilient cloud-native infrastructure and managing production-grade environments for high-performance Java backend services for global clients.

Responsibilities

• Architect resilient, cloud-native infrastructure solutions aligned with industry best practices and client business objectives.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, migration roadmaps, and operational runbooks.
• Lead technical discussions during client engagements, translating requirements into actionable roadmaps.
• Design, deploy, and manage production-grade cloud environments hosting high-performance Java backend services.
• Standardize containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
• Implement advanced observability strategies to analyze system performance and optimize Java applications.
• Develop and enforce Security as Code practices, integrating automated identity management and compliance into CI/CD.
