About the role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in building an effective outbound sales strategy while partnering with Account Executives to help enterprises leverage breakthrough voice technology. You will focus on identifying leads and executing outreach campaigns using AI-assisted workflows to drive monetization opportunities at scale. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, leveraging technology to optimize lead conversion and market engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market using AI tools and automated workflows.
• Engage in outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to initiate contact with potential customers.
• Implement personalized outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion, utilizing AI agents for enrichment and sequencing.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to exchange insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends.
• Refine and adjust outreach strategies and AI workflows based on performance feedback.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators related to outbound sales activities, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to analyze data and optimize strategies for better results.
