Adoption Strategist

About the role

The Adoption Strategist will design and execute scalable enablement programs, including onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, and adoption playbooks, to drive customer activation and expansion. This role requires deep product fluency to act as a credible expert on the ElevenLabs platform while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize adoption metrics. As a builder role, the strategist will focus on automating systems and developing data-driven strategies to support corporate and mid-market customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver scalable enablement and activation programs to educate customers on best practices.
• Develop deep product expertise across the ElevenLabs platform, specifically ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative.
• Audit customer agent prompts, configurations, and feature setups to identify gaps and provide recommendations.
• Track and analyze adoption metrics to develop data-driven strategies and playbooks.
• Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted regional workshops and webinars.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to unify adoption strategy across the customer journey.

Qualifications
