Working Student - Sales Operations

About the role

This role supports the sales team by managing data and preparing materials to ensure smooth client operations. You will be responsible for maintaining CRM accuracy, building target lists, and utilizing AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks. The position is designed for a student looking for a long-term commitment to grow within the firm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update client-facing materials and presentations
• Support the sales team with analysis and document work
• Support prospecting by building, researching, and qualifying target lists
• Maintain and improve CRM data quality, including deduplication, enrichment, and consistent record keeping
• Take on ad hoc requests across the team as they come up
