About the role
The Corporate Development Associate plays a significant role in global M&A and growth activities. This role supports the team in executing strategic investments and acquisitions to maintain competitive advantage and drive company growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead due diligence across live transactions with cross-functional teams.
- Build financial models including operating models, trading comparables, and DCF analyses.
- Produce screening memos and company teardowns on inbound opportunities.
- Manage the venture investment portfolio, including tracking deal terms and valuation marks.
- Support M&A cash obligation forecasting for FP&A and Treasury.
- Prepare executive deal materials and Board presentations.

Qualifications
