Chief Financial Officer

About the role

deskbird is a fast-growing SaaS workplace-management platform seeking a Chief Financial Officer to act as a co-pilot to the management team. This role involves leading financing rounds, capital markets strategy, and building an AI-first operations function to drive enterprise value. You will work closely with the founders and board to manage the company's financial health, commercial intelligence, and international scaling.

Responsibilities

• Lead future financing rounds, capital markets strategy, and investor relations.
• Develop and execute plans for sustainable profitability and efficient capital allocation.
• Build and manage an AI-first finance and operations function to automate processes.
• Provide commercial intelligence to guide GTM and product investment decisions.
• Oversee multi-entity group structure, tax efficiency, and international compliance.
• Maintain cap table, investor-grade financials, and SaaS revenue recognition standards.
• Manage treasury, risk, legal, procurement, and insurance operations.
