Enterprise Sales Lead - Financial Services

About the role

As the Enterprise Sales Lead for Financial Services, you will own the North America enterprise motion across Banking and Insurance. You will be responsible for winning net-new logos, driving agent sales, and building the sales playbook and team. This role requires navigating complex regulatory environments and leveraging your network to help institutions implement safe and compliant AI voice agents.

Responsibilities

• Win net-new logos and drive adoption of ElevenLabs, including closing deals yourself and building and scaling the team
• Own the enterprise Banking and Insurance function and playbook, including strategy, pipeline, forecast, process, and execution
• Define the enterprise ICP, sales methodology, and a repeatable motion for Banking and Insurance
• Open doors through your network of senior buyers and turn early wins into references
• Guide buyers through model-risk review, architecture review, and vendor security processes
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to share field insights

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience
• At least 2 years leading a team
• Track record selling into banks and/or insurers
• Established network of senior decision-makers in banking and/or insurance
