About the role

The Strategic Enterprise Sales Director will act as a trusted advisor to large, multi-location enterprises, helping them modernize their in-store media and customer experiences. This role involves guiding complex buying journeys, building executive-level relationships, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. The successful candidate will focus on consultative discovery to uncover business challenges and drive long-term strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive relationships with large prospective customers to position Rockbot as a long-term strategic partner.
• Navigate complex, multi-location organizations by identifying key decision-makers and influencers across various departments.
• Lead consultative, solution-oriented discovery to translate business objectives into strategic outcomes.
• Orchestrate cross-functional internal teams including product, advertising, and engineering to manage the full sales cycle.
• Create and execute long-term account strategies to drive expansion and ongoing value for enterprise clients.
