About the role

Simpleprax is looking for an IT support professional to assist medical practices and hospitals with the installation and setup of their digital patient data platform. You will provide technical support to users via phone and email while collaborating with the product team to drive improvements. This role offers the opportunity to work in an agile startup environment focused on digitizing the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist medical practices and hospitals with the installation and setup of Simpleprax and its interfaces.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone and email.
• Offer technical assistance to Simpleprax users.
• Maintain close communication with the product team to improve the platform.
• Collaborate with the team to establish the platform as a leader in the DACH region.
