About the role

You will act as a reliable point of contact for existing customers, handling inquiries regarding products, services, and contracts. This role involves managing customer data, coordinating organizational tasks, and documenting technical issues in a ticket system. You will work within a collaborative team to ensure high-quality service and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Betreuung von Bestandskunden als freundliche und zuverlässige Ansprechperson
• Beantwortung von Fragen zu Produkten, Dienstleistungen und Verträgen
• Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen bis zur Klärung
• Erfassung und Pflege von Kunden- und Vertragsdaten
• Koordination organisatorischer Abläufe und Bereitstellung technischer Geräte
• Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Rechnungsfragen
• Entgegennahme und Dokumentation technischer Störungsmeldungen im Ticketsystem
• Kommunikation des Bearbeitungsstandes an Kunden
