Fundraising & Partnerships Manager

About the role

As a Fundraising & Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in securing and developing the long-term financing for Kopfsachen. You will research funding opportunities, develop compelling grant applications, and manage reporting to ensure our impact is visible to partners. You will work closely with our locations and the impact and communication teams to identify new fundraising channels and support regional financing needs.

Responsibilities

• Research relevant funding programs, calls for proposals, and potential partners to identify new financing opportunities.
• Develop and write compelling grant applications and manage the associated progress reports.
• Monitor ongoing applications, deadlines, and requirements to ensure structured project management.
• Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop new financing approaches and improve internal processes.
• Act as a point of contact for location managers regarding financing and support them with regional applications.
• Contribute to impact and annual reports by preparing scientific results and metrics for funding partners.
