About the role

The Head of Fundraising will lead the fundraising department at the federal level for Bündnis 90/Die Grünen, overseeing strategic development and personnel management. This role involves managing diverse fundraising streams, including individual donations, corporate partnerships, and political campaigns, while acting as a central interface between federal, state, and local party structures. The position requires a blend of political acumen, strategic campaign expertise, and strong leadership skills to drive fundraising initiatives and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fundraising and economic dialogue department, managing a team of over 20 staff and external service providers.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies at the federal level, ensuring quality and alignment with political goals.
• Manage budgets, project planning, and controlling for all fundraising activities.
• Oversee online donations, corporate sponsorships, telephone fundraising, and campaign-specific fundraising efforts.
• Act as a central point of contact for state and local party associations, providing consulting and establishing national standards.
• Coordinate with external agencies and service providers to execute fundraising projects.

Qualifications
