Junior Controller / Junior Finance Manager

About the role

This role is designed for a junior professional with high development potential to grow into a leadership position within the finance team. You will act as a full member of the management team while remaining hands-on in daily accounting, controlling, and cost accounting tasks. The position involves advising management on financial data, ensuring compliance, and driving process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Act as a full member of the management team while working operationally in accounting, controlling, and cost accounting.
• Gradually assume professional and disciplinary responsibility for the finance team at two German locations.
• Advise management on investments, price calculations, and ad-hoc analyses based on financial data.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and corporate guidelines such as US-GAAP and SOX.
• Participate in reporting and the preparation of financial statements.
• Collaborate with IT and global teams to modernize and standardize internal processes and systems.
