Senior Manager - Finance Integration & Transformation

About the role

The Senior Manager for Finance Integration & Transformation plays a central role in building the group-wide finance function. You will coordinate finance projects, manage the integration of new subsidiaries, and harmonize processes to create a scalable finance platform. Reporting to the VP Finance Operations, you will work closely with the CFO and FP&A leadership to drive finance transformation and standardization across the group.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial integration of new subsidiaries from planning to implementation.
• Support new entities in adopting group-wide finance processes, standards, and systems.
• Track integration milestones and project progress while identifying dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional finance projects and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and standardize finance processes, reporting structures, and systems.
• Act as a central interface between Group Accounting, Group Controlling, and local subsidiaries.
• Communicate project status, decision requirements, and risks to stakeholders.
