About the role

The Chief of Staff will work directly with the founder to scale the business and identify levers for future growth. This role involves scouting new product categories and markets, managing high-impact growth projects, and providing strategic insights through data analysis. The position is designed for a proactive individual who can optimize commercial performance and drive expansion.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze new product categories, international markets, and sales channels to unlock expansion potential.
• Take full ownership of high-impact growth projects and coordinate execution across teams such as Supply Chain, Marketing, and Product.
• Perform deep-dive analysis on global sales and portfolio data to create reports and forecasts for management decision-making.
• Analyze portfolio performance across channels and countries to develop strategies that maximize revenue and profitability.
