About the role

Hubject is seeking a motivated Working Student in Finance to bridge the gap between academic studies and the professional world. The role involves supporting the team with day-to-day accounting, invoice verification, and monthly and annual closing processes. You will apply analytical skills to optimize financial processes and gain hands-on experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support with invoice verification and preparation
• Assist in monthly and annual closing processes
• Maintain and analyze financial data in our systems
• Support budget planning and forecasting
• Prepare reports and presentations for management
• Contribute to process optimization in finance

Qualifications
