About the role

Hubject is seeking a motivated Working Student in Finance to support the team with day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in invoice verification, monthly and annual closings, and financial process optimization. The ideal candidate is a numbers-driven student with a structured mindset looking to apply their analytical skills in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Support with invoice verification and preparation
• Assist in monthly and annual closing processes
• Maintain and analyze financial data in our systems
• Support budget planning and forecasting
• Prepare reports and presentations for management
• Contribute to process optimization in finance

Qualifications

• Enrolled student in the final Bachelor semester or Master’s program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or similar
