About the role

As a Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for national and international development projects regarding quality, deadlines, budget, and performance. You will manage complex technical projects and coordinate interdisciplinary teams across development, manufacturing, and external partners. The role serves as a central interface to customers and stakeholders, requiring strong negotiation skills and strategic process development.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project quality, timelines, budget, and performance for national and international development projects.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams including development, manufacturing, suppliers, and external partners.
• Oversee project planning, risk management, progress monitoring, and technical/commercial reporting.
• Act as the primary interface for customers and stakeholders, handling contract and claim management.
• Drive the advancement of technical processes and provide strategic leadership to project teams.
