About the role
The Head of Business Operations will take over founder-led operations to build and scale the systems that support the company's growth. This role involves leading a small team, managing the operations roadmap, and working closely with functional leaders to improve delivery processes and business performance. The successful candidate will be hands-on, using code and automation to solve operational challenges while ensuring systems are reliable and well-documented.
Responsibilities
- Manage the operations roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
- Lead and develop a team of revenue operations and systems engineering specialists.
- Prototype and build automations, custom software, or system integrations to solve operational bottlenecks.
- Establish clear ownership, documentation, and maintenance standards for critical business workflows.
- Collaborate with Sales, Growth, Content, and Events teams to ensure operational solutions are adopted and effective.
