Talent Investor - Venture Studio

About the role

As a Talent Investor, you will sit at the intersection of venture, talent, and company building to identify exceptional individuals capable of building new companies from scratch. You will work closely with Venture Builders and Studio Leads to source founders, assess their potential, and help them recruit their early founding teams. This role requires significant autonomy to experiment with talent identification and assessment strategies to influence the trajectory of the ventures being built.

Responsibilities

• Identify exceptional founders across a global network and beyond.
• Build talent maps and develop a point of view on where the best founders and operators sit.
• Assess individuals for founder-market fit, looking beyond conventional credentials.
• Build relationships with exceptional people who are not necessarily looking for their next role.
• Convince individuals to take the leap into entrepreneurship and build with Founders Factory.
• Help founders identify and recruit their early founding team across product, technology, commercial and growth.
• Develop the approach to founder sourcing, assessment and talent intelligence.
