Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

AvePoint is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across functions including Sales, Customer Success, and Technology. This role will focus on building and scaling high-performing teams in the Australia and New Zealand market as the company continues its growth journey. The successful candidate will act as a hiring partner to build strong relationships with hiring managers and deeply understand talent needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across multiple functions, with a strong emphasis on Go-to-Market positions (e.g. BDRs, AEs, CSMs)
• Partner closely with hiring managers and Sales leadership to align on role scope, priorities, and hiring decisions
• Proactively source talent through referrals, direct sourcing, job boards, networking, and market mapping
• Own and effectively prioritize 8+ requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, university partnerships, and employee referral programs
• Use recruitment data and metrics to inform decision-making and share clear, tactical hiring insights with recruiting managers
• Balance speed of hiring with quality of hire, ensuring roles are filled efficiently while maintaining a strong bar for talent
