About the role

Lexroom is building an AI platform for legal professionals and is seeking a Partnership Lead to drive revenue growth in the German market. You will own the partnership channel by sourcing, activating, and managing relationships with consulting firms and system integrators. This role involves executing partnership strategies, supporting co-sell motions, and contributing to the development of the company's partnership playbook.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and onboard consulting firms, system integrators and enterprise partners.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic partners and run joint account planning and co-sell motions with Sales.
  • Negotiate co-sell and revenue-share agreements within the commercial framework.
  • Apply and refine processes for partner qualification, engagement rules and co-sell.
  • Deliver training, certification and co-marketing materials to partners.
  • Maintain accurate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline data in the CRM.
  • Report on KPIs and prepare quarterly business reviews with key partners.
  • Coordinate lead handoff with Sales and share partner feedback with Product.
