About the role
Odin is seeking a sharp graduate to join their team as a Technical Support Analyst to manage investor experience and support customers through the private market deal lifecycle. You will act as the primary point of contact for angels, VCs, and founders, resolving inquiries and advocating for product improvements based on customer feedback. This role is designed for someone eager to learn about private markets in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer support tickets from our customers across the full deal lifecycle: pre-close, closing, post-close and ongoing reporting.
- Learn the platform well enough to resolve most tickets yourself, without needing to escalate.
- Triage with judgement: spot what’s urgent, what’s risky, what can be self-served and what genuinely needs Product, Ops or Compliance, and route accordingly.
- Reduce ticket volume by going to the root cause.
- Identify the patterns and feed back to Product with clarity and conviction.
- Be the internal voice of the customer by advocating for fixes and closing the loop with users.
