Global Head of AI Deployment & Partner Delivery

About the role

Dust is seeking a Head of AI Deployment & Partner Delivery to lead and scale high-impact AI deployments for enterprise customers. This player-coach role involves managing the global deployment team, defining delivery standards, and building a partner network to ensure consistent, measurable customer success. You will work cross-functionally to turn complex technical and organizational challenges into repeatable playbooks while personally leading strategic, high-priority engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the global AI Deployment team by hiring and developing practitioners.
• Define and implement a standardized deployment methodology from discovery through handoff.
• Build and manage a partner delivery network, including training and certification programs.
• Personally lead complex, high-priority customer deployments and transformation programs.
• Establish operating rhythms, capacity planning, and delivery health reporting.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate deployment feedback into product improvements.
