About the role

CargoBeamer is seeking a student to support the IT team in workplace management as the company grows. You will gain practical experience in IT workplace support, including device deployment, procurement coordination, and process optimization to ensure efficient digital operations for employees.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung bei der Installation, Konfiguration sowie Bereitstellung von Windows-Endgeräten für neue Mitarbeitende im Rahmen des Onboardings
• Mitarbeit bei standardisierten Deployment- und Rollout-Prozessen
• Pflege von Asset-, Lizenz- und Gerätedaten in den entsprechenden Systemen
• Dokumentation von IT-Arbeitsplätzen sowie Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung, Inventarisierung und Ausgabe von IT-Equipment
• Koordination von Rückgaben und Reparaturen
• Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von IT-Serviceanfragen und Tickets
• Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Standardisierung von IT-Workplace-Prozessen
• Erstellung und Pflege von Anleitungen, Checklisten und How-tos
