About the role
You will own Lumai's day-to-day IT operations end to end, managing the device fleet, identity and access, software licensing, and office infrastructure. This role is responsible for building scalable, repeatable processes for onboarding and offboarding, ensuring that all hardware and software systems are reliable and secure. You will act as the primary point of contact for IT support, balancing the needs of a fast-growing team of engineers with the requirement for robust, automated workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own the device fleet end to end, including ordering, building, securing, and recovering laptops and desktops.
- Manage identity and accounts, including creation, auditing, and access control for joiners and leavers.
- Serve as the escalation point for day-to-day IT issues, diagnosing and resolving hardware, OS, and connectivity problems.
- Maintain office networking and meeting-room equipment, including Wi-Fi, printers, and AV systems.
- Manage the software and licence estate, tracking installations, renewals, and costs.
- Partner with internal teams to champion AI adoption and drive automation through scripts and API integrations.
