IT Service Desk Technician

About the role

Domino's Pizza Deutschland is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician to serve as the central point of contact for IT support requests. The role involves providing 1st and 2nd level support for POS systems, administering IT infrastructure, and ensuring system reliability through monitoring and documentation. You will work within the headquarters in Hamburg to support both the central office and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Zentrale Anlaufstelle für alle IT-Fragestellungen und Supportanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Jira Ticketsystem
• Annahme, Klassifizierung und Priorisierung von Tickets sowie die Bearbeitung von IT-Störungen
• Bereitstellung von 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für das zentrale POS-System und die mögliche Eskalation an spezialisierte IT-Teams
• Unterstützung der Stores bei IT-Themen, inklusive des Remote-Supports, der Wartung und die IT-Betreuung von Neueröffnungen
• Administration von IT-Systemen (wie z. B. Windows, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SQL Server)
• Proaktives Monitoring von Systemen und die tägliche Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Daten- und Systembackups
• Koordination/Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Sicherstellung der vereinbarten SLA's
• Pflege von IT-Dokumentation, Knowledge-Base-Artikeln und des Asset-Managements
