Senior Product Designer, Design Systems

About the role

As the first Senior Product Designer for Design Systems, you will define and lead the roadmap for our design system from the ground up. You will audit existing systems, scale them across our products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a privacy-focused internet experience. This role offers end-to-end ownership of projects, from initial ideation to final execution.

Responsibilities

• Audit the existing design system and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Lead projects to scale the design system across multiple platforms and products.
• Create and maintain design frameworks, including tokens and libraries.
• Bridge design and engineering practices by establishing shared nomenclature and workflows.
• Communicate design recommendations and rationale to stakeholders, designers, and engineers.
• Manage ambiguity by assessing vague problems and proposing high-impact, innovative solutions.
