Senior Product Designer, Learner App

About the role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own major parts of the learner app, from initial onboarding to tutor session booking. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, and AI teams to design core learner journeys that drive habit and momentum. This role involves leveraging AI design tools to prototype and produce at speed while ensuring high standards for craft, accessibility, and brand fit.

Responsibilities

• Design core learner journeys end to end across iOS and Android including onboarding, daily learning, and tutor booking.
• Shape AI-driven conversational interfaces and real-time feedback mechanisms.
• Run research, usability tests, and experiments to inform product decisions.
• Own conversion and retention moments such as paywalls and upgrade prompts.
• Design for corporate learners while maintaining a user-centric experience.
• Build and evolve the shared design system with a focus on mobile patterns and micro-interactions.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ship features and refine details post-launch.
