Product Designer

About the role

Lendable is seeking an experienced Product Designer to join the Zable team and contribute to their financial SuperApp. You will own complex product areas end-to-end, from discovery and research to production-ready design, while collaborating with product managers and engineers. The role involves setting design direction, mentoring team members, and maintaining high standards for craft and user outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Shape problems in discovery with PMs and engineers to clearly define user needs
• Run user research and usability tests to turn findings into actionable themes
• Analyze funnel and analytics data to identify and resolve confusing flows or customer pain points
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design for edge cases and error states
• Apply design systems and brand guidelines while maintaining consistency
• Collaborate with engineers throughout the design process and write comprehensive specifications
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and production tasks
