About the role
You will serve as the individual contributor design lead for a nascent, high-growth product area, defining its direction from the ground up. This role involves owning the design vision, strategy, and execution while partnering closely with product and engineering leadership. You will operate in an AI-native environment, delivering high-craft, mobile-first experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own design vision, strategy and execution for a new product area, from discovery to launch.
- Partner as an equal with Product and Engineering leadership, and advocate for users in senior forums.
- Ship high-craft, mobile-first experiences on native iOS and Android, grounded in research and data.
- Set the quality bar, mentor others, and contribute to our global design system.
